The Tay is a heavy duty welly with a wide tread anticlog sole. It is recommended for muddy conditions, and rough going. One of the most comfortable Muck Boots, its contoured footbed and shock absorbing cushioning gives unrivalled support on uneven surfaces, and makes it easy to wear for long periods.
With its rigid toe reinforcement, and the high rubber covering on the leg the Tay is a useful boot to wear on cold shooting days, in rough cover, toiling through sticky mud, or across unlevel ground.
Would recommend the use of a Yaktrax foot grid for use on smooth slippery ice, or packed snow.
